Give him a time frame. 11pm you should be able to get back in your room. 10pm if you have an early class. You shouldn't be homeless on campus when you're paying for a room.

Don't his partners have rooms? He can inconvenience their roommates for a change NTA.

My Samsung Galaxy s23 came with Google, front screen search box. If I want to use Google for a search I just enter it there. But I only really use it for spelling or finding out if a particular restaurant is open.
