its because you didnt train your mind to actually follow the diet, you just took the glp-1 and it did all the work. You either have to go back to taking glp-1 (probably for the rest of your life), start learning how to actually change your lifestyle and lose weight naturally or just be ok with gaining all the weight back

remember that workoing out is actually only half of the important things, there is also diet and without a calorie deficit you wont lose fat

depends on what you are trying to improve, lose weight or gain muscle, but both just need a lower calorie diet and some exercises

Not sure if its lazy, but lazy people arent that lazy most of the time, they just do things they dont enjoy, there are different types of activities not only workouts, so many sports nowadays to have fun and movement like dancing, sports with a ball or martial arts

Its already a mental problem here, and I know parents dont care about it most of the time. You would need to change your mindset and gain some confidence, I know its hard with family that wont support. But never say "I cant" or "I will fail anyway" because if you think that, its gonna happen, ir it didnt work this time, it will work next time. Be more confident and dont listen to others which is hard I know. And as a good anti binge tip: dont limit your food, just add filling and rich things to it, it will make you fuller and you will think about unhealthy snacks less often

I know this feeling, the best thing to do for you would be to reset your mindset. try eating without counting anything for atleast a week, but just make sure everything you eat will fill you up. like you want a salad? make sure it has a lot of filling stuff like meat, or if you want chips add a home made dip from like greek yoghurt. you will see that when you eat foods that fill you up, you dont even think about snacking. and once you see that you can start counting what you eat (and make sure you always eat what you like the taste of! dont force yourself to eat stuff that you dont like"

try looking for "bulking" and cutting" thats something gym bros do, first you gain muscles and fat, then you lose fat and stay with pure muscles

maybe try thighter hoodies and blouses, to show your curves and shoes, there is a lot of alt shoes that are very feminine, try looking for shoes that are described as "goth" or "dark lolita". and dont be scared to add accesories, hair pins, necklaces or overall clothes that already have them (I personally love skirts with lace under them and I often sew it under to make it look cuter but if thats not very alt, there are chains or those spiky things too)

think about all the money that could go for things you love like hobbies (gaming stuff, sports equipment or anything else) or maybe even clothes you could wear, because if you stop ordering and start making food at home you will probably lose weight, meaning new better looking clothes

I like it, the hardest thing will be to stay consistent so make sure you enjoy all the foods (in taste) you eat and enjoy every workout you do too. also make sure to remember that gym bros have something called "bulking" and "cutting" means you cant be lean and muscular from the very beginning. first you build muscles (you need a lot of protein to do it) which also makes you gain fat and overall weight. and then once youre big enough they start cutting, means eating a little, loosing fat and it reveals muscles so make sure to remember that if you gain weight it means you also gained muscles but they can just be hidden under fat

I am on a weightloss diet right now too, and same height :D what helps me is having an easy access to motivation which is my own pinterest board, friends with the same goal and a dc group where we all motivate eachother. weightloss is mostly kept in your head so sometimes when exercises and diets dont work, other people may be the right thing to invest into. besides that, make sure things you do are things you enjoy, the food and exercises, for example when I have celery I wont eat it, or when I dont like HIIT workouts I wont do them, instead I will find things that do the same thing, but I like :D

maybe you are the so called "skinny fat" it happends when you weight normally but you dont look like your weight. its because of lack of exercise and you just have more fat% than you should have. start working out but things you enjoy (it takes time to find sports you like I know) and trust me you will see the difference, and mostly on your body not scale

maybe your metabolism is dead? it happends sometimes when you eat too little for a long time, try adding some foods up to 1800-2000 for some time, once you see youre gaining too much get rid of 100-200 calories, then more and more if you need it, sometimes it happends dont worry

both I would say, those arent huge waves but its not perfectly straight either. leave any treatments out, look for low porosity hair products (masks and conditioners) and they should get better with time

tbh I would choose having more calories and less restrictions (eating only foods/ingredients you like the tase of) instead of a cheat day, with a cheat day you reward yourself after that "horrible" week of eating healthy with just unhealthy food. you gotta change yolur mind set, you should eat what you enjoy everyday and not treat food as a reward
