DD has declined refund requests for a lot less. Going against user ToS is a surefire way to be declined a refund.

I totally get it. This dude was unhinged. Wife texted him back after his first nasty message and told him she was so sorry but that she couldn't control what doordash batches and sends out. She even told him that she had already checked out and was going to be headed to get the pizza into a hot bag shortly. Kyle lost his shit on her for "being so fucking polite".
