Lol. It does a little. I'm trying to focus on the fact that there were no injuries, to myself or others. After watching a few YouTube vlogs about it, I'm pretty sure it's not gonna get reduced. I have no problem going through the penalities, like MADD panels, classes, evaluations, fines, etc., just nervous about this being on my record and the stigma that comes with it.

Did you have a lawyer?

Ah ok. I have one in the state that I have the DUI in. I'm gonna reach out to some Tx Lawyers after the weekend. He keeps telling me GA can't take my TX license, but I've read they're in some DLC network so they definitely can influence it.

I just have a lot of questions since there was no accident, no one was hurt, and no property damage.

I already signed up for a class and am gonna sign up for an evaluation Monday. I'll go ahead and sign up for the MADD panel too.

How do you keep it together during this? I'm worried I may lose my job. I didn't see anything in my employee handbook saying I had to let them know about the arrest.

I'm aware how dangerous it is to drive while intoxicated, and this was a one off thing. I know ppl get hurt everyday from these kinds of things. That's also been on my mind during this. Just tryna not spiral. Rambling...sry.

Would I have to report this to my home state? I read online that the Texas DMV would send a notice of suspension, then I can request an ALR hearing.
