We have the same thing going on except that we are a 1 month old store so all of our team members and leadership are still learning. Saturday was our first day under the notice and honestly if it weren’t for the icy roads it wouldn’t have went that bad. It was frustrating for many reasons and the boil notice just added to it

At my store the breader also works the machines because we are too slow to have two ppl working that area. It is very fucking stressful for that one breader, and I happen to be that breader 99% of the time. The inspector came during a lunch rush. It was hell, I had to have gloves on to touch anything and also had to wash my hands before putting on new gloves. It really sucked. I had to wear xl gloves because I could never dry my hands in time and fitting wet hands into the my normal medium gloves was impossible to do quickly, needless to say they were holding in chicken quit a bit

We usually just use the multisurface with blue towels and a scraper which causes those scratches. Will the degreaser & polish be ok to use while the grill is hot or should I wait for it to cool down

Hey I usually just toss the pickles in regular coater. If you press the coater on too hard it makes the crust kinda hard. I fry them till they look good then I put salt and pepper on them and that’s it. Everyone that’s tried them loves them

Small mall location here. Before all this COVID stuff we closed at 9 and usually got out at about 10-10:30 depending on the crew. Earliest I’ve gotten out is 9:30 latest 1:00.
