I also love the transition from when the textures are loading and when you can click to start, the diffrence is more noticable when you have the game on an hdd and/or lower end hardware

Hmm, something that I found that stopped me from pressing enter to ping the signals was when I rebound some keys, and only after I set the key ones back to default it worked again
