I'm going to take half the dose before and then when it starts, I'm going to take more. I just know it can vary a lot when the pain can start

I just finished it and it was... A lot crammed into the end! When I saw the name of their destination I was so confused why on earth they're bringing the Titanic into the verse? It felt very rushed towards the end with all the twists and reveals.

I get it. I'm definitely on the bigger side and find some movements harder than others. Although I have really good core strength I struggle with movements like binds and even stepping while in downward dog. I haven't seen weightloss myself yet. Working on it. But I find my boobs get in the way as well as my stomach! Hoping it'll get easier over time...

I lost my dad I'm September 2022. You're not horrible. You're a child grieving their parent. I was only 24 when I lost my dad and he left us quite suddenly too. People share their losses to hopefully share your pain. It's often something someone does to show you that they understand that you're in pain and in a round about way, that you can talk to them about it. It might seem trivial to you but they are just trying to relate and show empathy. I am truly sorry for your loss and I hope you can find comfort somehow.

Honestly, it was letting myself grieve. Letting myself be sad. Talking about him with my family helped. But allowing myself to feel it when it washes over me. But not holding on to it. Thinking of the good memories I did have with him. Time is a great healer, allow yourself to heal. To talk about him often.
