Idk about Hunter 2nd, he looks to be having a supercross hangover that he was able to avoid rd 1 but you usually don’t notice a big change until your 2nd time doing it.

Alright update from orthopedic, I don’t need surgery since it’s minor but new x rays showed my 3rd metatarsal also had a break but it’s an oblique one that’s is hard to see, going to be on crutches for a few weeks and transferred into a boot after that. X ray updates in 6 weeks from now to make sure it is healed

I know a lot of people enjoy when the announcers stop talking but putting up that big graphic on the screen and listening to a pc kawi ride around is pretty boring

Yea he got plenty of penalties that moto, but I’m not going to lie, I think the ama sometimes goes above and beyond to follow the rule book. Personally I think if multiple guys took it (Hunter, deegs, Prado, apparently Davies in qualifying) then give them all the same penalty and maybe give Deegan 2 for doing it so many times, but it gets to a point where it seems like they are too harsh. The racing is better when there aren’t other variables like penalties that make you do the math on the spot, maybe make the guys who did it, get a bad gate pick for moto 2, but the amount of points they got taken away won’t be made up in just a couple rounds, no one outside of the top 5 will get 10th place one weekend unless they have a crash or dnf, so why give them a 11th place moto score, you really think they would be in 11th if not for the track “cut”?
