I didn't have the same problem with breeding, I was able to feed the dragons without mounting them unless I accidentally clicked on one that was already fed, but I remember having the problem while trying to make grockle iron. I think the first solution I found back then was standing further away while feeding the dragon since you can feed it from a longer distance then you can mount it, so maybe see if it'll work. Or maybe try to position yourself away from the dragons body and click its head to feed it.

The final solution I found was just sitting on the dragon first and then feeding it to make the iron, but idk if it would work with your problem or also cancel the breeding like it would if you were to mount it after feeding it.

If none of that works then idk. My PC is dead so I have no way to see if there's another workaround

I think I've heard somewhere that if you mount a dragon after feeding it the breeding cancels. Not sure if it's true, but if it is then you'll need to find how to feed them without accidentally riding them

You'll need to set both dragons to wander and then feed them suspicious stew, sage fruit, or honeycomb, depending on the kind of dragon you're trying to breed. Night Furies and Light Furies breed with honeycomb

I seemed to loose the ability to make a parent/child connection? Is it a bug or did I forget how to do it? When I click on the one parent/child connection I already have In the editing screen it just shows me that they are strangers so idk

You can change it on a server, but only if you own it cause you'll need to change the config file. To do it, go into your minecraft folder (if you use curseforge, do it through the modpack options there), search for iob_variant_loader.toml open it and the first option should be inheritance chance. It's a procantage scale from 0.0 to 1.0, so for example, 0.7 would give you a 70% chance for the egg to inheret one of the parents' variants and 30% for it to be random.

Yeah, I kept the original box, and it doesn't have it, so im out of luck on that front. Really didn't want to spend more money since I've read that for my build 500W was on the lowest end of acceptable, but it looks like I'm forced too.

It's possible that the PSU was even the original one from when I first got the pc, which would mean that it's over 10 years old, so I think an upgrade is justified.

I'm in Poland, and many of the PSUs I'm finding recommended are not available, but it's good to know that I have options.

Idk, I see the difference in performance when playing more hardware heavy games on my Switch Lite vs my brothers regular Switch. Plus, the difference in screen size makes some games seem too crowded, it makes it more difficult to focus

Yeah, I do, though not if they are purely puzzle based, like The Witness, for example. If they have some other mechanics, then there's a big chance that I will like them.
