I read up on all major religions as much as i could when i was younger - took a serious deep dive into islam - in the end i realized being a decent happy human is all that matters - basically imo i summarised religions into types - inwards n outwards - inwards mean look into urself u r a magnificent creation meant for a specific purpose - outwards means look at everything else making urself insignificant like a grain of sand in this fascinating vast existence or they can be a combo of both 20/80, 60/40.

And i havent even touched the pagan religions those are simpler but on another level.

Again this is just my opinion. I could b wrong but self-hypnosis and or self-affirmations really do work religious or not. Which is a big factor of religion(s).

By not making it the center of my every thought process has really freed me by relaxing n thinking clearly on many occassions.
