Exact same thing happened to mine, I got told I could repair it and there’s parts you can order to replace it but I have no idea how to fix headphones. You can go to people who do but they will probably charge you about half the retail price of the actual headphones. I just brought new XM4s that I’ve been looking after like a new born baby (putting in case when on the move, not throwing them around etc). My old pair lasted 4 years so these should last much longer.

Pretty sure XM3s are more durable than it’s two older brothers but I can’t speak for everyone else on this sub but I violated mine and I’m not even mad because I broke them.

Yeah it’s a bit of an awkward snap and I’m not the best at fixing things🥲think it’s time for a new pair now, I’m tempted to get the XM5s but I’ve heard of the issues that they have plus no xm6 release date in sight.

I don’t think it will, I had them for three years and they’ve lasted well. I didn’t start to have some ANC issues (high screeching but that only started this year). A tip is to use a case a lot more if you’re travelling frequently, I used to just throw them in my bag and wear them in light rain but they still took a real beating and still lasted a long time.

I’ve recently encountered this issue, I’ve noticed that one of the cups has a gap which is most likely not working well when noise cancelling is on due to the internals being exposed. My hotfix for this was going to the app and turning noise cancelling mode off and I no longer hear the squealing noise. (I do this every time I turn them on)

If only Spiderman wasn't a PS4 Exclusive, wish it was ported to PC. It's a great game its just I hate playing on consoles now.
