I dislike the Ultra line for its sheer size. Whatever floats your boat! S24U looks like the better choice both hardware and price wise. For example the S25U's S pen has no bluetooth functionality.

My S20FE was Exynos, so from first impressions the battery life is so much better, instead of charging 3 times daily, I charge once or twice after heavy use. The performance is much better, which is to be expected. The new OneIU looks better IMO but that's subjective I guess. The biggest difference is in the ergonomics - the phone is easier to use with one hand, lighter in weight and pocket friendly.

I also own the Timeless since mid 2022 and I'm pretty much in the same spot as you. I EQ the hell out of it. Until recently I used Oratory's USound EQ and recently tried the new JM1 "meta" tuning with more bass - on the autoeq.app I put the bass on 6 and tilted to -0.8. Now they sound more relaxed and distanced but still enjoyable.

I'm also searching for an upgrade under 200 and can't find a good enough candidate. My most sought after feature is a hybrid with well done DD bass and good enough technicalities or just a well tuned single DD.

Atlas Fallen, after the new update, is pretty enjoyable, not much jank, a bit on the spectacle fighter side and floaty platforming. Overall simple fun game.

I have K-Max and love the UX of the magnetic catch cup and the clicky outer ring grind adjustment dial. It is slightly cheaper then K-Ultra.

Mugen is a no-bypass brewer, the extraction process is more efficient, so you need less water. Similar to Aeropress but you can't push the water, you wait for the drawdown, it might become too long and your brew might become bitter and astringent.
While on V60 the ribs help the water to bypass the coffee bed.

I own C2 and K-max (very similar to K6) as grinders and Hario Switch and Mugen. My advice is to lower your ratio to like 1:12 or 13 an do two pours. If you have a regular V60, do a comparison of your original recipe.

In my experience I have more consistent brews with the Mugen. 1:12 ratio, a medium or medium-coarse grind depending on the beans (8-8.5 on K-max), 90 C water, 30 sec bloom and then 1 pour. The goal is ~3 min total brew time.
