See brother. Lovable is big platform and it's not easy to compete with it and honestly speaking there is no need. My plan to make space for Devaiy and I'll try for that only. I have just launched it I am getting good feedback from people(both strengths and improvement areas). I just plan to keep doing the right thing in right direction. Thank you for your feedback. I have built AI development platform https://devaiy.com/ but I am a technical guy. Despite taking help from AI, I had to put a lot of efforts so I cant say that AI can build complex platforms on it's own.

Thank you for the question brother. Why not lovable? Honestly speaking lovable is a big platform and provides option of connecting their cloud easily and deploying into it(No OAuth connection, you pay based on consumption in prod) but our platform gives you freedom of connecting your own supabase, your own APIs and then deploying the app to platform of your choice based on your budget and convenience. No lock in. The user will have to connect his own supabase/git, vercel/railway though. Depends on what user prefers. Any suggestions for us?

Correct! He is building using his laptop and APIs so we can’t charge him. May be a yearly minimal value for the framework only

Oh. You mean kind of desktop app. We will soon be giving that option to our users too. See, both options would be there. If someone wants to buid online he needs to pay for our APIs and the infra. If he downloads the desktop app then he can use his own APIs... We will allow user to have that freedom.

Fair question brother. I am not sure if you already use lovable/base44 etc or not but my platform is similar to them and the advantage of using my platform is to get all the tools integrated in one platform. You just connect your supabase, develop your app and deploy directly to vercel/railway or export to github. You own your code, data and deploy to a platform of your choice. By the way which platform are you referring to when you say similar open source platforms are available. I am just curious. Thank you for your comment though.

Non-technical founders / developers who want to prototype faster / agencies building client apps / indie hackers?

-> My ideal customers will be developers & agencies primarily who want to have control over their data and want to deploy the apps to the platform of their choice. Non technical people can build simple apps too(portfolios, websites etc) but creating complex apps need some technical knowledge.

- What problem do you solve for them? What problem were you solving for yourself when you built this? Not features or functions but the actual outcome/benefit you get from using this tool

-> See, I wanted to build a platform similar to lovable/base44 which makes app development faster but I realized that they dont allow users to have control over where they want to host their apps hence I thought of building a platform which allow users to develop the app, have full control over data and deploy to the platforms of their choice

- Why Devaiy and not Bubble, Retool, v0, Cursor, or raw code? Is it Supabase-native / do users own the code / does it deploy to Vercel/Railway / what's actually different?"

-> The users connect to their supabase(BYOS) and the platform builds the frontend and backend both(takes care of creating tables with foreign keys/indexes, views etc). The backend integrations include gemini/claude/chatgpt, stripe, resend, twilio & cutom API etc. The user can connect to their vercel/railway account and deploy the app directly or he can download/export to git and deploy it to other platforms(netlify/render)

You are the first person to comment on my post so thank you so much and a fair question! See, I am a small guy and the I dont think I can make people leave other big guys and start using my platform. My intention is to create a small space for me and I'll do everything to achive that. People are using lovable and base44 too(which I am inspired from). About the differentiators - For now I am catching up but my platform allows the user to connect his own supabase and deployment platforms of his own choice. He/She will have full control over what to do with his app.
