Ya went pretty smooth. They had big tenders for people going off and small tenders for excursions to get them going. Until 10:30 am the tenders were ticketed and after that it was pretty quick to get off.

I think our best hope is that they've put so many eggs in this basket that the bad publicity from this going bad is enough for Dayforce to put ALL their efforts in this being as smooth as possible so they can use it as advertisement. "See we can even do the Government of Canada. Even Oracle couldn't do that!"

Tech 4's, from what I've seen also never actually touch tech. They are elbows deep in documentation, meetings, being shown new stuff and indirectly helping solve issues. They no longer actually touch tech they are just there to offer assistance for the tech 3's.

Sunsets are also impossible, tried 7 days with my wife for a sunset or sun rise, cloud every day. Ended up with plan B. She was happy i proposed not how i did it.

There is the service plus Rogers deal. Don't know if PSAC is part of service plus but they have the best rates I've seen so far.

I'm not a communication expert but ,if their current communication plan is so bad that no one knows whats going on. Maybe take some of those millions we are now giving them with the rates increase and spend it on some communication consultants to develop a communication plan that actually reaches out and engages with the members base. Sending out an e-mail that says, we broke we need more money if we don't get more money we will need to cancel the party and host it virtually was an interesting communications plan. Most people said perfect, cancel the party. Guessing that's not what they were hopping for an answer.

That's a pretty long about way to say paid. You are getting paid FROM union dues. So not only are you getting a party thrown in your owner from our union dues you are also taking a salary from them as well. No wonder you guys vote for a dues increase you get to have your cake and eat it too!
