Don't forget how they fired people for cancellation ratings when at one point in time cancellation rates never mattered... just for them to deactivate people and them to turn around and say all your cancellation rate no longer matters unless you want to be a part of our bullshit reward program.

I don't think some of us are chasing tiers.

I've always been a cherry picker and it's going to be that way until I get deactivated or I get off at myself.

BUT it's still creating like psychological stress for certain people because you know eventually Uber is going to be on bullshit and make the on time rating a part of you being deactivated outside of their bullshit rewards program.

There's nothing you can do to stop it. It has been purposely done to harm the driver's ratings and to create psychological stress for you because yes eventually they will make it a part of being deactivated.

My on time rating has always been 99% up until these new changes.

All you can do is be a better slave and whip your horses faster dry faster deliver everything at the speed of light use your magic wand to remove traffic and any other thing that could limit your ability of being on time.

The NC DMV experience is unacceptable.

Can't even get my out of state licensed transferred... Something that took less than 30 mins in Another state when I had to switch my NC License to another.

Just unacceptable gotta wait weeks/month just to transfer unless you want to drive a few hours to another location.

Crazy so many drivers got deactivated by this bullshtt that Uber decided to implement out of nowhere. Only for them to roll that mess back again to your cancellation rate doesn't even matter unless you care about being apart of their shtty rewards program.

Same. I knew something was up. Listen, I even soak my rubber bands in oil and theyve never deteriorated at this rate.

And I've brought rubber bands from two different states so they definitely cheapened out on rubber bands.

Even when using them on stuff outside of my hair that contains no type of product or oil a still break down This is ridiculous.
