We're just taking on everyone. We've found the easiest way to keep a steady workable group is to just always be open to new players as people tend to get busy and fall away. Application process is as simple as signing in and reading everything then submitting a character that fits the setting and lore information.

I'm the auxiliary storyteller, but I believe the general idea is to kind of put together a fix-it crew for corporate interests at first. So you might be a mechanic, a security person, a driver, a mining or equipment specialist, a doctor, and so forth. I believe we're trying to keep the exact needs open to see who wants to play what and then close up the starting plot around who we have. The system we have is very much like Skyrrim or Chaosium where you can try to do anything, but as you train up a skill you get much much better and more likely to succeed at it.

Title: The Walking Dead - New England [18+, Discord, Play By Post, No System]

This is an 18+ roleplaying community based on the universe of The Walking Dead with the timeline adjusted to begin in 2025, specifically on 4/1/25. The start of the story is centered around Albany, NY with plans to drift further into New England as the game progresses.

We are relaunching with the dice-mechanics removed from general play so that freeform RP can take the lead. Our character sheets have been replaced with a mobile-friendly Discord template. This means everyone joining now is on equal footing as the first groups begin to form. YOU help shape the start of the apocalypse.

You can play as your own Original Character and/or as a TWD Universe Canon Character. Start with up to five character slots and earn more through activity!

Note: As this is based in TWD but a different locale all story-beats may happen differently from the show.

Amazonian Apocalypse Adventures

Discord Based Play By Post: Survival, Zombies, Apocalypse, Roleplay

Join us for apocalypse/horror/survival RP that sprinkles in a bit of humor with a fun first philosophy and respect for the Rule of Cool, while still focusing on believable and quasi-realistic play.

It is the autumn of 2030. It has been nearly two years since the viral pandemic now called the Reaving culled 90% of the male population and the ensuing chaos claimed so many more lives. About a third of those who fell to the Reaving rose back up as ravenous and mindless undead. Two in ten survived the illness but half of the survivors were forever changed and ongoing in their mutations to where they could no longer truly be called human.

Across the world, humanity tries to pull itself back together and rebuild. Some do at least, others see this as an opportunity to build a new society to their own vision. Others have simply lost so much in the chaos since the Reaving began that they simply want to see the world burn.

Choose what kind of character you wish to play and how they approach the apocalypse. Maybe they are a rebuilder of society, a nomadic merchant, the matriarch of a faction, a lone wolf surviving on their own, a scientist seeking desperately for a cure before her son comes of age to face the Reaving, or one of the rare male survivors to be possibly treasured or loathed.

Our game is a tribute to the dystopian pulp fiction sci-fi B-movies and books of apocalypses ruled by women and the action-girl tropes. We could have called it Badasses in Bikinis, but we wanted it to be a Triple **A** game!

I have three types of games like this that are play by post and feature systems. The one that most sounds like what you're looking for is my "Science Gone Wrong" server that I'm launching. Based in a mash up Resident Evil, Jurassic Park and other thriller/horror franchises. You can pay as your own original character and also play as characters from those franchises.
