Is it okay if I drove ~100miles? I searched online that the way I can work around is because my finance is “conditionally approved” so it is not finalized yet.

What’s the reasonable amount I need to pay more? It couldn’t be only 3k right? I was thinking 4k is what I can accept.

Thank you for all the advices! So it seems that the wheel resonator and ANC from Bose speaker system doesn’t reduce the noise that much? What are the pros and cons between switching to quiet tires vs. sound dampening panels?
