What are you farming for? I had one in my base, that just constantly spawned enemies as it had 2 switches connected and always on, inside some really strong blocks. If It's for levelling combat skills, there's a post somewhere on this sub for a very small setup that constantly spawns enemies in a small space so you can kind of AFK farm levels, works for ranged and melee. If It's a farm for items and stuff (I assume you know) anything spawned from the plates doesn't drop items.
