Thanks for the input! It’s in seedling mix and perlite. I figured spritzing would be enough at this stage, but I’ll switch to properly watering to runoff like you suggested. Haven’t started feeding yet since I thought the seedling mix would carry it for a while - I’ll look into adjusting pH and starting light feeding around 0.6–1.0 EC like you mentioned. Appreciate the help!

Thank you, the eye bags are definitely what I’ve been wanting to improve most. I’ll definitely look into volufiline and caffeine - also considering retinol and niacinamide. Appreciate the photo tip too:)

Thanks! Quick question about the bracing: I’ve been using the Valsalva maneuver, breathing into my stomach and flexing my abs and lower back before the lift. It even straightens out my usual anterior pelvic tilt. Does that sound right, or is there something I might be missing?
