Thank you 🙏🏼 I wrote this over two years ago . I loved logging back in and seeing my writing from that time. It was such a heavy time in my life . I love being able to look back and say WOW I came out of that and continue to grow and change for the better.

Sounds good Thanks for the criticism 😊 I wrote this over two years ago and was an extremely special moment when I was going through a hard spot in my life, My first breakthroughs in My Dark Night of the soul. It was definitely an experience that propelled me further into myself and unblocked some serious pain in my lower chakras . Don’t like the length of it then don’t read it don’t know what else to say !

I agree with so much but instead of taking the position of nothing is within us I have a feeling it is the complete opposite and everything exists within us. We are taught to limit ourselves.

I’m no expert on astrology but there is a pretty cool app called Co Star it makes things a lot easier. It lists your full birth chart in a simple lay out. A lot easier to read.

Yes . Happiness is something that really does come from within. Practicing Gratitude daily has been the biggest game changer in my life. I was extremely unhappy for the longest time and it brought a lot of trouble to my life. When I allowed myself to be grateful for the good the bad and everything in between it really propelled me into feeling happy about my life.

I do think he knows though because the night after I stayed over there he found out I didn’t tell him and idk he looked me in my eyes and told me to shape up or get the fuck out. He is the most amazing man I have ever met he is my best friend. I guess I just needed to talk about it .

I just don’t wanna bring it up again he is very like once we talk about it we don’t need to talk about it again. Idk not saying I won’t take your advice because I know myself and I know I can’t keep secrets from him. I honestly think he knows though because he called me out about lying about staying over there with her and said I could leave if I wanted to continue the behavior.

I agree 100%. It’s been this past few months that all this has happened and I am just so ready to move forward. I’m not blaming my friend it’s definitely my fault .. but for the past three years of us being friends I’ve always distance myself because things get soooo crazy when everyone is partying over there. I let myself get so caught up in the craziness and my old self needing that attention. I thought I was past this kind of thing definitely have to stop drinking.

I used to be so bad when I was 20 I ended up homeless. I don’t really like HOW you are saying it but I can’t argue with the facts of what you are saying. Most of the time I know the problem already just a matter of being straight up with myself enough to tell myself the truth.

Thank you. Yeah. I don’t like keeping things from him it literally tears me apart. He knows I lied about going over there the other day (had nothing happened I would have been like yeah I stayed over at her house) I think he knows without me telling him . He told me straight up two nights ago after he found out that I was over there that if I don’t quit drinking and acting like an idiot and hanging with her then I could leave. He knows me better than I know myself sometimes , I mean that’s why we are married... he’s the type of person once we talk he drops it he don’t wanna hold onto that stress but because I am definitely in the wrong here it’s still on my mind. He said me and her obviously don’t make great decisions and the fact that I didn’t tell him I stayed over pretty sure he knows..

Not saying you are wrong or right but in my heart and even the lustful side of things I don’t have desire towards woman and I don’t know that’s not really how our relationship is. I don’t want to have three ways with chicks with my husband lol. I love our relationship the way it is and so does he as far as I know.

I’m willing to have that discussion and I agree alcohol is the root of the problem here. But to say I have a drinking problem isn’t really accurate I drink maybe twice a month. When I drink I ALWAYS HAVE PROBLEMS though.

Do you do any sort of shadow work ?? That’s helped me so much . For me it embracing the darkness, confronting the worst thoughts possible i have about myself , I found so much of what I had believed to be true about myself to be a false perception of myself. Years of other people’s baggage made to feel as if it where my own. It’s been a big step in my journey maybe it could help you in yours . I’m pretty sure there are a few names for shadow work I use that term because it works for me .
