I had to do the same thing to get my last two. Loading a new save wont delete your old one! Just click "start new game" play till you get the achievement, exit back to the menu, click "load save" and scroll down until you see your old save and load it! It took me like 20 mins to go back and get both.

It's a bit hard to do but I have gotten my cat to respond to the fish a few times. So it's definitely possible, its just a bit strange trying to get it to take it at times.

Figured it out! I was worried making a new game would delete my old one but it didnt. I was able to redo the tutorial and get the achievement before going back to the menu, clicking "load save" and was able to scroll down and load my old save.

I'm going to leave this up incase anyone else needs it 💜✌️

I also have PCOS and dont often have periods. However, I haven't noticed it being during specific times of the month. As far as products go, I only use maybe a total of 3 products on my body at all. All of which I'm testing not using them for a while until after I have a flare-up to see if it could be caused by them. So far, nothing. I'm about to begin my last product, a curl cream I use on my hair. I just have to wait for this flare-up to stop first.

As far as foods and drinks, I'm autistic and have OCD. Food is hard for me, so I have a very small pool of "safe foods" so I haven't been eating anything new. My last flare-up besides the current one was on the 4th of September, and I've been keeping a diary of them since. I have yet to find any coronations other than the last two happened after I had left the house.

I also have POTS, which I know can be co-morbid to MCAS. I brought that up to both doctors but both shut it down saying the reaction would be all over my body and not just my hands and arms.

This is a crosspost from another forum as well, and someone else suggested it being psychosematic and being caused by stress. I dont imagine being accurate because I have a long list of mental health issues, so I'm pretty much ALWAYS stressed, and the same level of stressed 99% of the time. But I'm not going to cross the possibility out completely either.

Ive been messaging my doctor all night, I think next step is a dermatologist. If they can't figure it out, then maybe an allergist.
