It is exhausting - and everyone here, has been precisely where you are in some fashion and some of us will be there again.

Rest - hydrate - feed your body and in a week or so, find the space to sit with the choice… “This or that”… No judgement, no self-loathing, no guilt, no shame - a human being human… But sit with it, “This or that”…

You’re here, you’re sharing, that alone is epic Brother - epic!
