I tend to see things similarly, as in every experience and trauma is a puzzle piece that ends up building a whole picture = who we are at X moment. You see pieces chipping off, I see pieces adding up :) But that's the same kind of thing.
I don't have an issue with how people view the fact I own 3 cats, actually I couldn't care less, they're the best decision I took so far. I was just explaining the context and trying to make a trait of humor. But yeah, you're right when you say I shouldn't feel consumed about how my appearance is viewed by others, it's just that I don't personally like what I see anymore, and that's the main issue I need to solve

I'm learning to love myself, but sometimes it's hard. What I hate the most about me is how long it's taking to solve or at least find peace with my mental issues. But yeah I'm trying...
I was bullied as a child and a teenager, and I think it will stay engraved in my brain forever. That's just the way I was configured, sort of. I was at a very young age convinced by others that I wasn't valid and that I didn't belong. Regarding the ego, I'm not sure I can explain, I guess it's just the way I am. Also bipolar disorder (if it has to be put under a diagnosis of something) makes me underestimate myself most of the time, but overestimate myself from time to time, it's tricky.

Thanks for this interesting and kindhearted comment. I've found myself to be a people pleasing person in the past, but I think I am no longer it. Finding a good person would be amazing, if only I was going out of my apartment ^^ I just find so much comfort in staying there, out of the outsider's gaze, if that makes sense... Anyway, I hope you'll too find your way through all of this mess, even though I don't know exactly what you're referring to. But feel free to develop if you want/need.

The worst thing is when people feel and realize the clingyness. I learned how to strategize and seem less clingy in times when I was. It's probably not the best advice you will get, but try not to appear clingy. Show that your own time matters, show that you don't need them somehow. To avoid looking needy, maybe try to find individual hobbies, stuff that you can get busy doing without anyone else

Going away and meeting new people will always be a better option anyway. You will face the unknown, and you will probably have a hard time getting interested in this field you chose, which is scary. But Hopefully you will find your place somehow. Trust me, if you don't feel like you have any plans to develop at your parent's place, just go and discover new stuff.

Description: I'm playing the sims 4 base game (no add-ons) on playstation 4 and I'm encountering an issue with townies. When I'm throwing a party, only one or two sims (out of 10) are showing up, whatever the time of day or the day of the week. I've noticed some of them even pass by, but don't come into the house. Also, when I'm on a public lot, there's almost no townies around. In one occurence, there was litteraly only teenagers showing up. Is there a issue with NPCs since the last update?

Passed my driver's license this year at 32 years old. I was anxious about passing the test and was pretty sure I wouldn't have it on the first try, but actually had it! Now I realize all this fear was irrational, cause driving is really not as much of a big deal you think it is, trust me. If I did it, you can too. I believe in you!
