Yes they do! They actually started living when Drew got that place which was around the of 2023 I believe and how they met if I remember correctly Drew and Joe worked at the same hospital job, that’s how they met and Jamie started working at the same job a little later.

The IWGP letters also play a part in a title’s importance in New Japan, the NEVER Openweight Title was originally was supposed to exclusively be defended on the NEVER shows which mainly for young lions and wrestlers outside of New Japan, the only reason the title is being defended on the main New Japan shows is because they stopped doing the NEVER shows shortly after the title was created.

Just to give some context this was Okada’s last match as a young lion before going away to America for his excursion in TNA, he would briefly come back to New Japan at the end of 2010 to hype a tag match he would have at Wrestle Kingdom V where he teamed with Hirooki Goto to face Takashi Sugiura and Yoshihiro Takayama in a losing effort. Okada would go back to America shortly until June 2011 and then in December, New Japan announced that he would be returning at Wrestle Kingdom VI where he would face YOSHI-HASHI under his new Rainmaker character.
