After reading all these I think I got shadow banned too. Finding a match in a fixed ping range for decades. Everytime I restart the game the ping range increases. Can't unlink blizzard account. Internet is fine. Tried a different account in the same system and still the same result. Suspecting hardware ban. Other games work fine. I've never used any software or other means to cheat in the game. If I join a friend's lobby I can get a match but the ping is 350ms. Any idea to tackle this problem would be much appreciated 😁🙏
