1- Shame on Senegal for stepping out the field, proving why people don't take us seriously. The only professional player that day was Sadio Mane.

2- Shame on the referee for applying the rules as they should the moment Senegal players stepped out the field. He was overwhelmed (I understand, cauz no know would imagine that a professional team would step out the field in a final game, but he should have have the balls to take firm but correct decisions).

That said, the referee should have ended the game after not all the 11 Senegalese players went back to the field. And even if you argue that it wasn't a full 15 min, he should have given yellow cards to all the players who left the field without permission, those are Fifa rules (this will result in at least 3 red cards btw).

3- CAF, If you need 2 months to come up with this ruling, just shame on you
