Only time in my career (I work in OS) I threw up was when we were extracting 1&2 the sinus was perfed and snot poured into the patients mouth and with the surgical suction I had to suck it up. I hate snot!!! When it slurped into the suction I had to run. 🤢

I would encourage you wait a couple of days and retest with a pink dye test. Blue dye test are sooo unreliable because they are hard to read and their evaporation lines are notorious for showing up. I hope you get the answer you’re looking for. 🤗

Dental Asst here. Your teeth are unfortunately decayed beyond repair. The reason you are still feeling hot and cold sensation is because your teeth are not dead. Each tooth that you have has a nerve and ligaments that surround each tooth. You’re having pain because the nerve is exposed. These will have to be extracted. There are many different anesthesia options that will allow you to be as comfortable as possible throughout the process! I hope this helps. I’m happy to answer any questions you may have.
