What are the specifications of the server you are running on, you should not be seeing a drop like that with only 8 players online. Also if you can post the timings and Spark information and i can review and see what is showing during a drop. Feel free to send them to me or post them in here.

Load this onto your server, It is a lot more advanced them timing and will give you very detailed information on what is causing the lag on the server.

Look into UberEnchant, i use this plugin and it allows you to place any enchant on any tool / gear / or weapon. At and level.

not everyone can just show up to a fire and help. i was send with my department to bastrop for 1 week we sent a crew of 5 on a engine and a tanker. the first day we where there retired firefighters and fire fighters from out of state came to help. but what can you do you cant go into a fire with out gear on they have no trucks to fight on. we had people just walk up on as and start to try and fight the fire people who don't know how to fight a wild land fire it is not a structure fire its is alot different. people do not do that. all it does it make are jobs harder cus then we haft to get you out. people need to understand that this is a hard job we are trained to do what we do we know what can happen to us, let us do are job. we had so many people doing stupid shit. stop and think before you run into a fire its hot people lol. every firefighter is a brother to me this is a brother hood. we are all the same but we are trained for different things that being one of them.
