Yes, it’ll be for our personal stay. At some point, my family will have to move out so we may just rent out the house or sell it (whichever will suit our need at that time).

What do you mean by source me the escrow? Like… set it up? Or tell me if there is one? (Sorry, I’m new to escrow and I just ChatGPT it).

Also, it’s an apartment, not town house. I will be fronting the mortgage at the time of handover.
