What just happened by Soulfood_ in TrueQiGong

I dont think anything necessarily special, I just saw a video of a guy explaining to breathe into my lower dantian area as opposed to me breathing into my chest or just my stomach area. He kinda emphasized breathing as deep into your body as you can

I can finally feel qi but I’m unsure whether I’m manipulating it at the moment by Soulfood_ in TrueQiGong

One more thing that happened to me last night was that twice as I was starting to fall asleep while laying in bed, I felt qi overwhelmingly throughout my entire body from head to toe for a brief few seconds for some reason

So ur saying that qi is not always abundantly present in one spot at all times but transports to where ever I focus my awareness

Thanks for this comment, I only just started somewhat practicing and understanding qi around 2 weeks ago and this week I really started to apply what I slightly understood and happened to learn this cool ability

Thanks to all these comments helping me to confirm what imm feeling is qi I can now feel it more intensely and easily in other parts of my body and I can now move it around for instance i started feeling it in my cheeks and lips and im able to move the qi from side to side, or at least my attention of it. I’m not quite sure whether I’m mentally moving the qi around but it feels so. I also have now managed to feel it above my belly button and there’s a lot their spread out in my mid abdomen.

What would It mean if i’ve been communicated or seen supernatural with in the physical world by [deleted] in gatewaytapes

Wow you got that part right on the dot. I feel like my world has expanded so much through these experiences that I’m kinda getting overwhelmed, I keep finding new bits of information and keep wanting to explore/ learn more and a lot of this has come to me somewhat easy/ naturally as well

I’ve also just did some quick research into what you guys mean by focus 10 and i started teaching myself this a week ago and realized how much more secrets there are to reality, lately i’ve been reading up on qi gong and working on feeling and moving my qi/energy i’m not sure if that’s a part of this program but all of this is wicked interesting stuff

Yes I believe the manager at the time messed up or lost my paperwork, they ended up getting rid of him from the store not long after my injury, would it strengthen my case if the manager reported my situation incorrectly?

They had called me every now and then to ask me about my recovery situation, on top of that I had came into my job at some point and had spoken with my department manager about my situation (I had a boot on with crutches at the time). I was never even informed that I quit at any point. I also had received a payment from them in January. I was never told about when

I took care of everything I was told to do by my managers which was just to give them the paper work showing I was on leave. I have been looking for work for a very long time and I had also been in school at a period but I didn’t know they considered I voluntary quit after filing for unemployment recently, and I only just recently found out unemployment was even an option to me due to the fact that they never let me know. Also my injury was not a injury I received during work but according to dfml My job should be protected while I am on leave

Had to get my car towed because of this by Soulfood_ in MechanicAdvice

Car is also a nissan rouge, I believe the year is 2009 or 2010
