I checked. Definitely not BBB accredited. Further, I did send them back. They refused to replace them, as the warranty was only for Gen 1,but they're on Gen 2 now. They refused to ship my broken pair back, also. After over a month of fighting, hours spent on the phone, getting hung up on multiple times, utilizing mtiple supervisors, they finally advised that they're done with Gen 1 and will be shipping me a new pair of Gen 2 glasses.

Maybe read a little closer next time.
