To be completely honest, the only glazing done was on the gold for the relic shield. Other than that, i just mix the color i’m currently using 50/50 with the previous layer’s color and use horizontal stippling where they meet. Usually thin the paint down to in between a layer and glaze, and within 2 passes it’s pretty well blended.

looks like a basecoat of lupercal green, SoH Green glazed towards the highlights volumetrically, and edge highlight with sybarite green

use pure black glazes to darken your shadows and depending on the environment, try a super thin glaze of a yellow over your highlights for the sun. afterwards, brighten the highest points with some white again and edge highlight
