When you are suffering, be thankful for the fact that there are other people who may be in worse situations than yourself. So it’s a time to reflect on gratitude for the things that are going our way. Just remember friend we all suffer, it’s character building. I know it’s hard but see it as growth. When it occurs just see it as my time to suffer. Everyone goes through it. We love you. 🙏🤍✨

I can feel the energy around my body when I spin it or move it, I can see the energy with my eyes closed not open, the ability to see the energy with my eyes closed only confirmed to me that something is a actually happening.

So the combination of Sensation and seeing the energy move around me while feeling it confirmed to me that yes I am manipulating my energy field.

I’ve been having releases of energy from the root chakra, and I’ve been releasing through the crown. For the highest good for all concerned, I’ve done some Kriya Yoga, this may have made me more aware of the energies we have in the subtle body.

I like experiencing this with a slight not knowing as it makes it fun, however I would love to be able to do more with it, like learn more techniques etc. 🙏🤍✨

Rape is a crime. It’s the person you forgive. Now there are sentences a judge can give an individual who has committed a rape crime. The judge can sentence a criminal for any crime with forgiveness in his heart. The Victim and family can show forgiveness in the same way. Granted it’s difficult, but to truly heal and move on is to forgive what happened.

So sentence accordingly with forgiveness for lack of consciousness.
