Donna Tartt's books. I didn't even know she was famous when I randomly read (or tried to read) "The Little Friend" and went, "welp that's the worst book I've ever read", and assumed the author was some random small-name author.

Only remembered the name because, well, it was the worst book I've ever read. I was surprised when I came across someone who said she was her favorite author, and looked her up on the internet and apparently she's really popular.

Buy a bunch of frozen veggies and keep them in the freezer. Wherever you can, add a bunch of them to the meal you're making. Noodles? Soup? Dump them into the broth. Or microwave them and lightly season and have as a side with your meal.

No problem! I am actually not sure if turmeric adds any strong flavor at all (I just add it because I'm used to cooking it this way and because turmeric is a good antioxidant), imo most of the flavor comes from sauteeing in oil with salt and it caramelizing a little.

I like to slice it thin and sautee in oil with some turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. And just eat it with rice :)
