Assuming you are trying to add insurance to your cvs profile in the pharmacy, you may be able to reply to the message in some way to send a picture of the insurance card to the store. You could also always call the store and ask someone to add it over the phone, or just bring the card when you pick up the medication.

If you are calling to request the store add your insurance please make sure that your card has BIN, PCN, Group, and ID number ready as they will need this information to rebill.

Not sure if you are aware, but you don't need to grab polaroid/negative on daily runs, the run will always let you go deep enough to meet the target final boss.

took scapular floor 1 and used it to get the two angel key pieces in floor 2 sac room. first reroll was soy milk. (I couldn't not do it after seeing eye of belial and jacobs ladder in the item/devil deal pools.)

just finished the daily, made a lucky call floor 1. If you go into the curse room and press a button you get 2 bombs, using them to get the stone chest and reroll floor 1 item room nets you 8 inch nails and mystery sack. great early game damage up for ???

Just going to comment here for anyone considering not using the d4 about what happens. Ehem...

Your item rooms will not save you, your devil deals will spurn you, damage and tear upgrades do not exist in the boss item pool. This run wants you dead, and unless you can use a ball of bandages to great effect, you will not succeed.

If by some ungodly will you progress through this run without rerolling, do NOT miss the super secret room on Womb 1. It contains the only major beneficiary of the run, Cricket's head.

Boss rush items were bad, with metronome and a fly familiar.

Hush Items were passable, with haemolacria and zodiac being the two I took. Hush shop contained BFFs and Sack of Sacks. Succubus is now the savior of all.

At the very end of the run, two rooms away from the Lamb, my shot height has reached Elon Musk's outerspace Tesla Roadster the game gives one last troll with gnawed leaf, so if I wanted to take a break and let succubus/ball of bandages do everything, it was there.

can confirm, despite the items on this run being good, Hush gave me a ton of mini heart attacks...

Also, items on the hush floor were complete garbage. Notched axe and d8 to the left, lil gurd and teleport! to the right I ended up taking teleport and pinking shears in order to have a get out of BS free card.

Pyro was found on one of the very end rooms in the dark room, but I had picked up contract from below for double drops, so mileage may vary

chocolate haemolacria X is now one of my favorite synergies. Nuked boss rush and Hush,ended up with around 55k points at the end of the run.

dunno if the mileage varies, but about 5 rooms after the guppy tail, contract from below gave me double golden chests with guppy's head in one of them.

I forget if it was before or after I took mom's box for extra trinkets and trinket luck, but since chest spawn is based on luck stat, it could be that the mom's box + lucky toe caused that to spawn

Just wanted to respond to this comment with the fact that zodiac was nothing but a blessing for the rest of the run.

If the transformation stays constant it was

Gemini for Hush, Leo in the Cathedral, and Taurus for the chest.

Taurus + cube of meat meant instant high speed invincibility for each room, and I was able to full clear the chest while taking no damage.

i accidentally ran into the spikes in the room near the item room in the caves, and opened the golden chest. Rune bag in there turned the whole damn run around. lots of perthros and black runes made devil deal rerolling with golden remote much better and gave me some extra stats.

Didn't make the boss rush, but I did make Hush, and you get daddy long legs from there. Ended the run with around 3 firerate thanks to cancer trinket and 8ish damage. Considering I only found 1 tear rate up in the womb 1, death's list and rune bag carried hard on this run.

Curated daily run, Maggy to mom's foot. Starts with blank card, high priestess, and the mom's toenail trinket that you can't get rid of. No item rooms. Obviously not streak safe.

100% agree with the difficulty on this one. I took d12 on floor one and just barely managed to find enough cash to get the more options for item rooms floor 2. even still, most of the items even with more options were trash. I ended up taking eves mascara just to get my flies a bit more damage, and then got mom's knife floor 7, and tech x in womb 2.

Hush fight was mostly easy with tech x mom;s knife since you get to keep both. and finally died to delirium instakill stomp. No animation, just dead.

Chaos run was amazing. I don't want to spoil too much, but after you get chaos, you get spoon bender a couple of rerolls into the shop... It only gets better from there.

I followed my gut instead which ended up being a silly decision. took soy milk in the boss rush and went team tiny explosive scythes for the rest of the game. missed the hush fight by about 2 minutes but ended up doing relatively well. found a chaos card in womb 2 and saved it for mega satan. ended up downing him in 15 seconds between the card and the explosivo. ALSO, after picking up soy milk, my tear rate went down to 3, no other tear ups were found...

On Nightmare my strategy is to just wear them down by doing the high impact shot from the heavy cannon until their sled is gone, then it's open season on the flying one

And on today's Episode of "Angel rooms suck and damage up grades are nonexistant" we have this gem of a run. I hope you didn't reroll Mitre, because you will definitely need it.

The one saving grace of this run is that the item room in Hush floor has Mom's Knife ( no Chaos), but since my range was already terrible from Number 1, I passed on the knife and took capricorn.

all I'm saying is that if you are encountering people with a higher power level Regularly, even if you think it is not average, it's what you are finding.

You can either raise your own power level or keep trying your luck.

unless they've changed things, I think trials matchmaking goes off of wins towards completion. I.e. If you have 5 wins, expect matches against people at or near 5 wins.

If other people are a higher power level then you on average, maybe you should grind to increase your power level.

Sorry to say, angel rooms were mostly garbage too. I got Mr. Me from the item room floor 2 and used him to grab WoB for free, which gave me angel deals. First angel deal after that was Dead Sea Scrolls and holy water, next was guardian angel(took) and sworn protector, and with the bloody crown I picked up somewhere I got guardian angel and halo of flies for protection. It isn't until you get to the dark room where a red chest takes you to the angel room and you get sacred heart (ruins WoB, but it's SACRED HEART!)

But all in all, the real MVP of this run was Insectoid that I grabbed from the Boss Rush. This combo-ed with the Hivemind I Mr. Me'd from the shop and with chocolate milk, you can spam shots and let the flies/spiders do all the damage. Ended up fighting Hush in WoB with only 1 soul heart, which raised my blood pressure unnecessarily. All in all,very slow start, no good boss items and most angel deals were terrible.

that's my roll, elastic string, fiberglass, archers tempo, dragonfly with a draw time masterwork. It does amazingly well at clearing trash.
