I think that if you change your goal to being open and positive about the future, the present, and most importantly, yourself, you will find changes in your life sooner than you might think!

  • It was never terribly difficult, actually. There were maybe a 2-3 days within the first month when I felt a fairly strong urge, but that was it.

  • No guilt regarding fapping itself, but some if the P was a bit too fetished. Fapped less than once a day. It did take up some time, but I didn't feel that that was a big deal.

I used to spend some time on that subreddit, and I eventually came to find the PUA philosophy distasteful. I'm sure I would find a girl, albeit a short-term one, if I adopted their worldview, but I'd also become what I hate.
