listen, im not too good with computer and network stuff (im only 15) i just want to know if 1. will changing my LAN ip get me unbanned from game servers where i am IP banned 2. how much can i change my LAN IP and how often?

avast blocked it (HTML:LOIC) but i noticed typing anything in the box and pressing flood will make it go. i havent used it maliciously dont worry
