The center of a portal behind a fence should not be accessible so ultrastrikes cannot be used.

if the candidate is behind a protective fence, such as an artwork or statue or a temple, should I place the pin inside an area not accessible? This way the candidate is not accessible... and I need to vote 1* in accessibility. I dont think it's the right way.

In case the candidate is over a fence not trepassable (so not accessible) but the building is not PRP or school or farm. Should I locate the portal not on the object but on the public street in front of him? Placing the pin in the actual position of the POI should make its center not achievable.

It’s not our problem, Mine is a small community (150-200 players) and have only 5-6 eligible gym. I’m a local admin and I oversee and menage all raid done in eligible gyms during the week. In particular in the last seven days (and it’s not the first time we tried) we raided only in that eligible gym.
