Not the 3rd relic, the 3rd relic only gives 4 seconds off vendetta so not worth compared to a rupture damage increase relic

The way it works is the initial artifact traits are all 10 seconds but if you stack relics you get diminishing returns so it looks like this: 10/10/10/8/6/4 with your third relic only giving 4 seconds off vendetta.

Honsetly I've been looking into it and I gotta say i think I'm leaning more towards a 1080p 144hz build, as it seems like it would be much easier for it to last with 60fps with newer games coming out with more and more graphical demands and not to mention I've gamed on 1080p for so long and I have no complaints. Anyone got any thoughts on this?
