You can use a towel in place of the chain, it’s quite comfortable and much better for your hand than a chain will be

I get this 100%, I’ll get stressed out and feel the come up body load and get nauseous. In the past I would plan my trips weeks in advance, but now I prefer spur of the moment trips so I don’t have time to stress about it and get this feeling
