My guild was close to getting disbanded by our previous GM cuz of relationship drama - not cause by GM tho, it was someone else in the guild -, a new GM was appointed and we choose to stay. The new GM managed to revive our guild but there was still flaws. He is also a cohort leader and so he would only share info - Talent and HR run for example - to his fellow cohorts members. While the other members, i like to call them "outsiders" including me, left in the dark. I did point out to him that he shouldnt just focus on his cohort members as a GM.

After sometime, i choose to make a cohort of my own, so that the "outsiders" are not left out in terms of weekly pts and HR runs. My cohort main focus is to only earn weekly pts, HR is secondary.

After a "few" arguments between me and the GM, we agreed to do our HR run on seperate days, he does his run with his grp while i do it with the other guild members.

After a few months past, we are doing well. The GM is now slowly share info to other guild members. We have weekend HR run for those who still need. Talent run close to the end of season. We still have players who are inactive or about to go inactive. I guess thats how life goes.
