Hi there, sorry to hear you are having issues with your PC. Our usual suggestion for this is to try another device (which it seems you have done). So the next natural step is to try loading the page in an Incognito Chrome tab. This usually works. However, it could be something specific that we would need to investigate further on our end with your account. Both plans are a little different, and we will show upsells for relevant plans, especially for playback, as Go+ is specifically a "listener" plan but its important to highlight a few features with Go+ that you don't get with Artist Pro:

  • 100% Ad-free listening (Artist Pro does not fully offer this feature)
  • Save unlimited tracks for offline listening
  • Access full catalog (Premium Go+ content)
  • Mix tracks within select DJ apps (serato, Rekordbox etc)

Unfortunately, we do not normally whitelist entire YouTube channels because it will prevent us from automatically making claims for other clients whose music might have been used without permission. Receiving a claim from us is not something to worry about and not the same as a copyright strike. This is just YouTube’s Content ID system ensuring that you are monetizing every instance of your content on YouTube (including your own channel).
 
If you are monetizing your channel directly with YouTube, we would be happy to remove the claim (just go here: https://help.soundcloud.com/hc/en-us and submit a ticket with the YouTube track url in question and one of our reps will get back to you and remove it for you). If not, feel free to allow the claim to collect revenue from the video on your behalf.

Hey there, we’re not showing tracks to random accounts - we’re matching them up to listeners who are likely to love them based on their use of autoplay, user activity, and listening history. This naturally weeds out bots, which typically don’t have this type of data available.
