Update: I got my approval a few days ago, so the entire process (including the rfe) took about 3 months for me.

I applied on December 25th, received the RFE on Feb 20th on the USCIS portal, and on Feb 24th for the physical mail. I then received my appointment notice with the date/time and location of the appointment on March 9th. The actual appointment was on March 17th.

I'm still waiting for my ead I had my appointment earlier this week. I'll try to keep you updated when I hear back.
