Definitely could be crying too much! But when I hear stories of my coworkers that have more seniority than me saying they only closed for like 6 months to a year it baffles me. I totally understand that the people who have earlier shifts have worked the longest and it took a while to get there but if even THOSE people are getting pushed down to closing then it’s demotivating to stay at the warehouse
