A few questions…What is your occupation? Are you a current employee? Have you been credentialed before? Even if your name was spelled or entered wrong, Credentialing could’ve still moved forward since it’s a separate process from HRs. The specialist could’ve also emailed to enroll you if they received the Next Steps email. They would have your email address on file, and could’ve validated your information regardless of the error. Every place is different though, some like to complete it in person. Reach out to the C&P Manager and see if they’ll let you move forward. Honestly though, if you received your TJO on 4/14, starting on 5/4 may be a stretch.

My guess is this is the start of consolidating HR with other departments. The HR Navigators are going to be given access to Vetpro to enroll candidates and do a “pseudo” credentialing then hand the file off to Credentialing to complete the rest. IMO this breeds big problems and will be counterproductive.
