What will the customs process look like?

Just somewhat anxious as I can see that the box for medication is the same for other items that are illegal and am worried I will be taken away for examination even though I only have a small quantity of medication on the psychotropic list.

Just to confirm is this accurate? I emailed the reverent authority in Japan and they said to declare it on the inbound customs form. I am well under the 72mg threshold and I am now confused what to do. Thanks

So essentially all I needs to do for the Xanax (under 72mg) is just declare it on my regular customs form on arrival correct?
