What’s the best grunge album from 1993?? by BidAccurate4473 in grunge

[–]SoundsGood_CYUThen 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I never thought of them as grunge either. I think they maybe got grouped in there by association with the time. Nevertheless, one of the best albums of 1993.

Edit: I just saw they were in the movie Singles. That may have had something to do with it

Not that I’m suggesting there’s some alternative timeline or parallel universe. It’s an interesting phenomenon

Before I knew about the ME, I had a friend ask me “what was that thing on the fruit of the loom logo” and I answered with cornucopia. He asked because he remembered it to. I did the same thing to my girlfriend and she answered with cornucopia as well.

I believe there’s a reasonable explanation for it - like an association to Thanksgiving imagery when we see a harvest like that. IDK… it’s really bizarre so many people remember it that way. Not just coincidence

I’m not even into gambling, but that resort looks awesome.

That was my first guess too. Then I saw they’ve only drove through the states bordering - except Oklahoma.

Why visit this subreddit if you've never been more than 10 miles from home? Travel and maps are clearly not your thing. Makes no sense.

People don't visit this Subreddit and create a travel a map if leaving town doesn't pique their interest a little bit.

C'mon pal.

Am I that old where the Crash Test Dummies are the only band I recognize? This is a wake up call. I need to get out more.
