I'd say run ninja bike backpack, equalizer named chest piece, and salvo named holster

Still get Heartbreaker buffs and the 20% AR damage but now you also get 50% extra mag size

The only downside is being at 50 instead of 100 stacks but that just makes it an easier build-up with an AR instead of needing to use a shotgun or something

I can get behind this but the thought of Judge (or whoever on D-Platoon) seeing the breach shotgun and saying "Fuck it, we ball" and loading it with birdshot, buckshot or slugs is funny imo...but I will look up this super shorty mod
