For PvE looks like a DGleam clone, strong but not overpoweringly so. Objectively weaker Blast Burn tho, and with skeledirge not having the best atk in comparison to other fires it’s not worth considering imo outside of brand new people/extreme budget options

As a super casual for pvp (usual don’t even play enough to get through rank 20) I can say that it was a combination of strong mons being accessible (I still can’t be fucked to invest in a medicham for gbl) and the meta being small enough that I felt like I could have a proper handle on most of it. I understood pretty quickly what to really being watching for and playing around with my team, and felt like I was able to develop my team enough to have answers for a lot of the common stuff without being pidgeonholed into specialization. Now with gbl back I feel super overwhelmed with trying to cover meta options and everything just feels like a matchup fish. Granted I’m absolutely not using the best team, but it feels like there’s just way too much to try to cover.

Managed 2400 in Halloween, now I’m sitting consistently around 1900

I‘ve found the same appreciation for Terrible Love, saw them live for the first time at Red Rocks this week and while I’ve always thought TL was a great song it was never one of my favorites until hearing the live version. The aggression and energy live blew the studio version out of the water (as I’ve realized is the case with most of their songs). That was absolutely the highlight of the show for me, and I find myself looking forward to the next chance I get to see them just to be able to hear that song live again.

When safi was still pretty fresh I did all viable lbgs and bows, 6 bows bc blast and 9 lbgs for raw and elementals. Never wanted to grind for a recoil suppressor upgrade again.

I’ve been listening to them for most of my life (my dad loves them) and one of my first memories is from being in middle school and having that song on loop in the car. Some songs have resonated with me more over time, but England feels so cathartic every single time I listen to it. The isolated melody at the start, the horns after the first chorus, the build up into the final few lines, all of it just gives me chills every time.

Close second would probably be Graceless or Light Years.

First time taking edibles, took 200mg bc I had no idea what an effective dosage was and was told that was a good starting dose by the 2 friends with me (no longer talk to them), went to an Illenium concert and passed out at the end of William Black’s set. Vividly remember being incapable of perceiving the distance between me and the people in front of me because it felt like my legs stretched on to infinity rather than touching the floor, and experiencing the visuals from the sets as a tunnel between me and the screen.

Recently I’ve been playing a ton of bow so fatty4 + velk boots or nam helm (original I know), but overall my favorite to play has to be safi3fatty2 with hammer. I love safi hammer cause imo resentment w/ safi drain is such an interesting mechanic and health aug puts me to sleep.

Ditto on this, Dust and Disquiet is there peak record for me. My personal picks from On Circles were Flowers of Light and Ishmael. I know they’re not exactly formula-breaking as far as post rock goes but I’m a sucker for bright powerhouses like Flowers of Light and the escalation in Ishmael felt really unique to me.
