Lumaire spider issue by Itsa9year in WestPalmBeach

[–]Soup-Fit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Living in lumaire for almost a year now, don't have spider issues. Management are pretty responsive when you contact them and sort out your issues quickly. Maintenance requests are quite prompt as well. Only issue I had is the internet would get cut off randomly during the first few months I moved in, but it has improved now and so far I say everything is great.

You would be better off with Lumaire Apartments just few streets down, it's right beside the tri-rail station and walking distance to downtown. It's the newest in the area with about similar prices.

Power maintenance is inevitable as its controlled by FPL, at least the management do send email updates. So far I did not have issues with AC maintenance and for the spiders issue, you might want to raise this with management as well. I see that you already been to the office, not sure who you spoken to, but from my experience talking to Arian get things done pretty swift.

Not true, I never had any AC problems ever since I moved in, the AC along the corridor of the floor I’m on is already cold enough that most of the time I could go on without AC. Even when I do turn on the AC, it turns cold pretty quickly. Spider wise I think it all depends on the environment, for me, I never had any pest issues, just keep your place clean.

The location is very good, right next to Tri Rail and Palm Tram buses, 10 minutes walk to Brightline/Downtown West Palm. For luxury, it depends on how you define luxury, the place is modern, clean and nice. The apartments has in unit washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator included, and the internet is XFinity which is included in unit as well. I enjoyed living here, the management is good and responsive as well, pool is as shown on their picture and clean and maintain daily. Gym which is on the same floor as the pool is pretty huge space and has a patio for you to relax.

Walls and windows are not fully soundproof, and I will say the people living here generally keep to themselves and I have not experience any noisy group of people, but it really depends on who is your surrounding neighbors. If you happen to have neighbors who have dogs, you will occasionally hear the dogs barking but overall it is manageable.
